Jesse Vitagliano—Welcome! Gilda’s Club South Jersey is experiencing a big change on its Board of Directors. This week we will be saluting our Founding Board members as they finish out their ninth year of leadership and service and transition to our Advisory Board. We are also in the midst of welcoming a new group of Board Members to help guide us through our next phase of development. If your last name begins with a V, you probably are accustomed to being listed at the end of announcements, rosters, seating charts and roll calls. While this may be part of his DNA, new Board Member Jesse Vitagliano is anything but last in line. Joining us in November he has already made his mark and has established himself as a doer. After serving in the Marines,
Jesse received his degree from Rutgers and entered the financial services
field in 1996. In 2002 he completed his Masters degree at the University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and then in 2009 completed his
second Masters degree also from UPenn. Today he is a Senior Vice President
and heads up the Vitagliano Wealth Management Group located in Mt. Laurel,
NJ. There he specializes in financial planning, asset management and
development, and execution of trust and estate planning. Around Gilda’s Club, Jesse has
jumped in with both feet. Very soon after he attended an orientation
session, he was easily encouraged to join one of the Board’s Development
Committees. Since our organization must raise every dime it spends, he
hit the ground running coming up with solid approaches and leading the charge
to encourage more people to join our Red Door Society. As a person who walks the walk, Jesse and his wife Christine are opening their beautiful Ocean City home to host a Red Door Society reception in May and are welcoming anyone with an interest in helping out Gilda’s Club in a multi-year way to attend. We are so fortunate to have
someone with Jesse’s skills and positive nature to join us on our Board. STOCKTON ZUMBA-THON!
